wireguard-tools contains command-line tools to interact with the userspace Go implementation of WireGuard. Currently there are two tools: wg, to set and retrieve configuration of WireGuard interfaces, and wg-quick, set up a WireGuard interface simply.

To install wireguard-tools, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install wireguard-tools
To see what files were installed by wireguard-tools, run:
port contents wireguard-tools
To later upgrade wireguard-tools, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade wireguard-tools
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
